Q.毎日どのような仕事をしてますか?
I work as a textile sales staff.
Sales is to think how customers can effectively use over 1,500 lines of our collections and how we can reflect markets needs on our new products.
For example, I propose our textile collection to customers for their development plan of each season, delivery the sample patterns to them and production control of our products in process.
Q.やりがいを感じたときはどんな時ですか?
When customer asks my advise about the thing which as no concern with our business (For example,customer sometimes consult me about trouble of the textile bought from other companies) In such a case, I feel happy and confident that they come up with me ARAI of SUNWELL to consult in the first place for anything in textile business.
Q.会社の雰囲気はどんな感じですか?
SUNWELL has great team work without any wall between the departments or teams. I may ask any question to the staff in different section without any hesitation and sometimes join their business meeting together. The people of SUNWELL do think of not only their own sales status or team, but also the other teams as well. Also, we can very frankly communicate each other since all of us behave to have good relationships.
Q.あなたにとってサンウェルってどんな会社ですか?The range of my job is wide and open. I feel this company allow me to try whatever I really want to do .
I can try something new everyday. As my personality, I would rather like to regret after having made an action, not before trying.
Q.休みの日は何をして過ごしてますか
I like exercise. So, I often spend time in doing some sports.
On Sunday, I get sweat for refresh myself by playing basketball in a team composed of friends from my high school basketball team. Recently, I'm crazy for golfing, but long way to go. I play golf with my colleague, friends in my hometown and friendly counterparts in business.

My short term goal is to improve my bunker shot.

*Prepare for the business meeting in the afternoon
9:00 Project meeting.
I exchange opinion with staff from Harajuku and Nihonbashi office to know the trend in the market and to make new item.
10:00 Desk work.
Respond to the queries or question of the clients, contact them by phone or check e-mails.
11:00 Business meeting with supplier.
I discuss with our supplier about the prodcution schedule of by-orders.
12:00 Lunch break
13:00 Going out for sales.
Give the presentation for the next Spring and Summer and emergency program for this season. Visited three clients in a day today.

*Check the shipment of the day and request the accounting team to issue bills.
